Kurt is a lifetime resident of Coeur d' Alene with decades of experience in the local business world. He is familiar with the Coeur d' Alene area like no other agent and devoted to finding the perfect situation for each buyer or seller. Kurt has deep experience with local lakefront and riverfront properties and the complexities that go along with them. He is also the lead on the One Lakeside Condominium project in downtown Coeur d' Alene that will start constsruction in Spring of 2018 to be completed in 2020.
Kurt is a sportman who loves the outdoors including fly fishing, hunting, hiking, golfing and enjoying the area rivers, lakes and moutains with family and friends. He has a son, Brody, and daughter Kaylin with his wife Dawn.
A long-time Coeur d' Alene teacher, business women and only 3 term mayor of Coeur d' Alene, Sandi has unmatched experience in the community. Sandi taught in the Coeur d'Alene School District for 10 years. During her tenure as mayor, Coeur d'Alene built the most successful Salvation Army Center in the country, constructed its first new City Library and completed the state-of-the-art McEuen Field city park. She also succeeded in working with the business and education leadership to develop the education corridor. Sandi owned and operated her own business in downtown Coeur d'Alene for 30 years in the historic Dingle building. Sandi's expertise in coaching teams for success has earned her the coveted William Booth award from the Salvation Army and the Harold Hurst Award from the Association of Idaho Cities. She was also formerlly with the Gallatin Public Affairs group. Sandi earned her Bachelor Degree in Education from Utah State University. She chaired the North Idaho Mayors Group, the Salvation Army Kroc Advisory Board and has served on the Board of the Idaho Cities Association.

Mark comes from a long background in Computer Information Systems and Software Development. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Decision and Information Systems on a Hewlett-Packard Engineering Fellowship. He spent over 20 years as an information systems professional and software engineer with Hewlett-Packard and several startups, including co-founding an online vacation rental company.acquired by Moniker Group in 2015. With over 30 years of computer, software and information management experience, Mark understands how to use them to your advantage, whether marketing your property for sale or helping find, analyze and negotiate a purchase.
Mark has been a real estate investor since 1990. He bought and sold several properties by owner in Idaho before becoming a REALTOR®. and has personally used a Self-Directed IRA account to invest in real estate. He has experience with waterfront and secondary waterfront property, commercial, residential, rental income property and vacant land, docks, wells and septic systems.
